HeaterCompact

The heater element steam generator HeaterCompact offers small compact unit dimensions in nine unit sizes with maximum steam outputs of 3 to 27 kg/h at a particularly attractive price-performance ratio. It is suitable for low to medium loading in the commercial spa area. Time can be saved during installation and maintenance due to optimum component access. The units can be operated with completely demineralised, softened water or tap water. When operated with fully demineralised water, the units are almost maintenance free, with a control accuracy of +/- 1%.
The units are extremely safe, environmentally friendly, efficient and hygienic. The units are also optimally targeted at the promotion of health and well-being.

Your safety is our priority

The water is heated in an energy-efficient plastic cylinder using immersion type heaters. All heater units are equipped with mechanical overheat protection on the heater and a float switch with level control.

Simple maintenance and long service cycles

When operated with softened water or tap water, the minerals in the water (e.g. limescale) separate out. SuperFlush, the integrated flushing system creates turbulence in the water during the partial blowdowns.
In this way the limescale particles are stirred up and can be pumped out by the powerful blow-down pump. The quantity of hardeners is thus markedly reduced and the maintenance cycles are considerably extended.
Due to the low weight of the plastic cylinder, the maintenance is very easy to carry out as the cylinders can be cleaned and reused. Our competent team will precisely explain maintenance implementation for you to make it as simple as possible. If the heater element steam generator is operated with fully demineralised water, there will be very few deposits and the maintenance requirement will be minimal.

Modern microprocessor controls

HygroMatik steam generators are controlled using advanced microprocessors. The powerful 16 bit processors ensure optimum energy use and low maintenance operation by constantly adjusting settings to match the available water quality. The controls can process all common control signals and are very easy to use. Numerous extras such as modular expandability, remote control and additional connection options offer flexible solutions for all steam bath applications.
