Our electrode and heater element steam humidifiers, atomisers and
pressurized steam systems at a glance.

Electrode steam humidifiers

Electrodes through which electrical current flows heat conductive water in a cylinder to create unpressurized, hygienic steam. Electrode steam humidifiers are suitable for use with normal tap water, as this is normally conductive.

Heater type steam humidifiers

Immersion type heaters are used to heat water in a cylinder to produce unpressurized, hygienic steam. This type of humidification is suitable for all water qualities, with fully demineralised feed water requiring only minimal maintenance.

Kits

Our installation kits offer hygienic steam, free from minerals for the most diverse applications. High quality, ready to fit components and thought-through technology warrant easy fiiting and a long service life.

Pressurized steam system

Existing steam is supplied into a steam dryer and then dried to remove condensation. A steam control valve is used to regulate the steam fed via steam lances to an air conditioning duct to humidify the air in the duct. The precise control of the humidifying quantity is carried using an actuator.

Pressurised steam system DDS

Existing steam networks for humidification using hygienic steam for a wide range of applications, for example clean rooms and hospitals

Atomisers

Here the humidifying water is atomised into very fine drops, so-called aerosols. The energy required to change into the gaseous state, is taken by the droplets from the surrounding air in the form of heat energy. The atomisation therefore has a cooling (adiabatic) effect on the room temperature. The electrical energy requirement is particularly low for this type of humidification.

High pressure nozzle system HDS

High pressure nozzle system for fully demineralised water with a very high efficiency and extremely high performance

Low pressure system LPS

Low pressure nozzle system for fully demineralised water, operates in a nearly maintenance-free manner, extremely easy to install

Atomisation system using vacuum nozzles VN

Compressed air nozzle system, suitable for all tap water connections without additional pressure increase

Centrifugal atomiser DG

Centrifugal atomiser for fresh water for ceiling mounting, 360° all round humidification

Dehumidifiers

Dehumidifiers operate on the condensation principle with heat recovery. A fan sucks the humid air through a cooling battery. Here the air is cooled sufficiently below the dew point so that the water vapour in the air condenses and runs into a collection tank, or is carried off via a drain hose. The cooled and dried air is warmed again by the condenser. As a result of the steady circulation of the air in the room induced by the unit, the absolute humidity of the air is continuously reduced. The surplus humidity is carefully and efficiently removed.
